PERSONAL PROFILE
I am a hard working enthusiastic professional with nearly 4 years’ experience in banking, working as a
contractor for Capita in conjunction with Lloyds Banking Group, HBOS Heritage. I have excellent knowledge of
the processes and procedures required for my role in Payment Protection Insurance. Previously I have 20
years’ experience in IT with Cheshire County Council, which also includes 11 years working a split shift pattern
with Cheshire Constabulary. In my working career I have risen to senior positions in large organisations. I
always strive to complete my tasks as efficiently as possible, without sacrificing quality. I am punctual in my
arrival to work and am adept to working to strict deadlines to ensure that targets are met. I am applying for
this role as I am looking for a new and exciting challenge, where I am able to test and further develop my skills.

. I have been a hand-picked member of a team of 10 buddy checkers from over 400 Capita staff since
September 2013.
. In 2015 I buddy checked over 1100 high risk cases, the next highest reached was 920, and had 250 checked by
outcome testers, to which every single one was decision passed.
. In depth knowledge of a role which requires constant feedback for colleagues on their work to allow to
currently apply the processes we work to, in their day to day work, ensuring the business stays within quality
tolerance levels.
. Worked as part of the QC flexi team since February 2014, gaining QC competency in just over a day, a
company record.
. Very good knowledge of a wide range of processes and procedures set in place by the external client, with a
continued focus on process changes and their application to my work.
