My duties as a cashier include taking bets and money, constant cleaning of
the shop floor, keeping on top of finished races and changing the papers and
the marketing , excellent customer service making free teas and coffees
helping people with their bets or just having a chat with the regulars I’ve had
lots of training with learning all the types of bets and the payouts of races
football etc so I can give as much information to customers as possible and
pass this onto new staff to help with their training. My duties as a 2.5 are
opening and closing shops and cashing up, dealing with any issues the staff
and customers have. I have also been nominated for a newcomer award at
their annual awards.

My duties included customer service, preparing and serving food, cleaning,

My retail duties included customer service, working and cashing up tills, staff
rota’s meeting deadlines, stock control, staff morale, reaching targets and
merchandising.
My new store planning duties included planning the layout of all new stores,
organizing fixtures and stock to be sent out, arrange promotions and go and
help set the store up for the opening.
