and develop a risk management plan for each high-risk). Strategic Foresight - planning by scenarios - Project (form the

includes initiations, actions, and KPI`s). Process and Service Improvement Project (develop the detailed work plan, and
document 122 process with KPI`s for each process to the level of the ministry). Stakeholder Management Project (develop
stakeholders document which define, identify and classify all stakeholders (partners, customers, employees, suppliers, and
team and committees), and develop a database and questionnaire for each stakeholder, and conduct stakeholders
satisfaction studies and issue the reports). Capabilities and Measurements Project (develop the detailed work plan, and
develop Capabilities and Measurements Card for each organization unite which includes all capabilities (tasks, strategic
objectives, key and sub processes, key and sub services, key and sub projects, policies, programs, and regulations) and

brainstorming sessions (300 workshops) to cover all SEC managers (2,500 Managers) to collect the data and transfer the
knowledge. And to deliver 10 Performance Standers Manuals (PSM`s) one for each business line (10 Business Lines)
including the SMART objectives and performance standers (Key Performance Indicators – KPI`s) for each job role in SEC. In
addition, to coordinate with IT experts to ensure automation requirements are reflected in SAP.
