Major goals were to implement Main Competency/training, budgetary and compliance system within the Far East and Middle
East regions. Monitor both regions compliance training/HSE and Client compliance to ensure that all has met worldwide
company goal. Implement a new training scheme and appraisal system for appointed trainees throughout their monthly
assignments. Manage all training budgets for Mandatory and non-Mandatory compliance within both regions. Standardization
for compliance and project Management for Drilling Management Programs to align with the new Training and Development
Manual. Standards of Competence utilisation for all On/Offshore personnel and implement a tracking System to capture
requirements and to monthly report assessments to upper Management for all KPIs. Quarterly budget meetings with upper
management to ensure we are meeting the company objectives. Set up workshops courses for Team Building seminars for new
employees, and to endorse them onto the new HSE program in several regions. Managed all New builds HSE/Training over an
18-month program in compliance prior to leaving shipyard in Singapore and Dubai. Competence and compliance training for all
