each title to our publishing house and ultimately, to the marketplace.
· Prepare a thorough title power point presentation prior to each monthly Walmart children’s roundtable in order for the
buyer/distributors to become familiar with our titles among the hundreds that are presented each month.
LEADERSHIP
· Participated in an exclusive Penguin Random House integration task force of 30 sales professionals across all sales
functions during the merging of the Penguin and Random House sales teams. The Accelerate Team was formed via an
application and review processes from which 300 initially applied.
· Developed key initiatives while on the Accelerate Team which have now been integrated into the Penguin Random
House corporate culture- The Title Wave campaign and the #Giveabook campaign.
