the distributors, monitoring their accounts, balances & daily transactions.
 Daily Sales plan for all the vehicles.
 Distribution Management for all the brands in the allocated area and maintaining
proper supply by vehicles.

comparative reports.
 Focusing on reports, loading reports, (Daily, MTD, YTD) comparisons in multiple
directions i.e. brands comparison, packs comparison, daily, monthly, periodic &
yearly sales & loading comparisons that are useful for top management for decision
making.
 Maintaining 70% Availability and Market share in assigned area.
 Managing & achieving sales targets / objectives with efficient & effective
management.
 Managing Market. share, sales volume by developing strategies to strengthen the
sales channels.
 Implementing distributor launch policies assigned by Unit Manager.
 Controlling operations of publicity, signage and advertising.
 Coordination with Marketing Services Manager for operations of publicity, signage
and advertising & to install company owned billboards at competitive locations to
avoid rental cost.
 Helping the Unit Manager in designing and implementing sales promotions / brand
launching activities.
