o Responsible for defining and IT recovery plan for servers and workstations.
o Configuring, managing and troubleshooting of various servers.
o Ensure that all servers are maintained and running optimally.
o Installing and configuring new hardware and software on the network and for Employees.
o Provide day-to-day Assistance to systems' users.
