 Directed and coordinated marketing activities and policies to promote products and services to the max

 Making sure that all storesare covered as the weekly journey plan.

 Managing around 12 merchandisers to cover 15 markets.
 I had more than 9 companies to do for them merchandising (Nestle , BDF, CPD ,….)
 Filling everyday reportsfor the quantities on the shelf and in the backdoor
 Filling IGF forms (Isolated good forms ) to mention all the near expired dates .
 Picking the merchandisers from one store to the other once they finished.
 Checking the store after the merchandiser finishes his work .
 Always checking the back door for any delivery that the store brings especially there are some stores
who used central warehouse orders.
 Taking all the calls from different companies for deliveries or any implementation in the market.
Merchandiser 2010-2011
 Being in the meeting point everyday at 6:30 am taking the orders from the team leader and going the
market.
 Working in the market as per the workflow given from the team leader, beginning in the cashiers and
then step by step in all the market.
 Cleaning and checking the damaged SKU's and see what is empty on the shelf then going to the
backdoor and getting all the missing items and then filling it .
 Checking if there are any changes in the prices on the system.
 Implementing as per the planogram given to us from the team leader.
 Making the rotation for all the SKU's as per the FIFO method.
 Implementing all the promotions in the markets.
