Reporting to: Territory Head & DGM-Finance
Role & Responsibilities:
Internal Audit
Follow through of the last Corporate Internal Audit Report open points with
concerned HODs and ensure compliance – with monthly ATR – Action Taken
Report.
Make a scope for the Internal Audit for all the departments - Finance, HR,
Admin, Marketing, Projects, PRO, IT, Warehouse, etc., and finalize the IA
Schedule for the year.
Review and strengthen the back end review process of Controls
2. Review the CAP of warehouse and Office.
Schedule Internal Audit of all departments at least once a year.

Conduct 3 BOE Audit across all stores during the year.

Controlling the cash process and ensure the safety of securing the cash

increase the safety level for the merchandises.
To Follow and implement all Company promotions and ensure to follow SOP's
and ensure that all the Store Managers/ Staff / Cashier / CSA are following
the same.
Cleaning: - ensure that the store standards towards the cleaning are well
maintained before the opening of the store on a daily basis.

To monitor the performance of Mall Managers, Cashiers / CSA / Chief Cashier
