- 2010 started off with the Physical Disability Council of SA. We worked with the executive to develop a strategic and operational plan for the peak body. Their intellect, courage, determination and political nousewas inspirational and energized me throughout the year.
- One tool we have found helpful for clients is the CynefinSensemaking Framework developed by Dave Snowden it helps to identify the type of problems confronting organisations.
- The Great Lake University Kisumu, Kenya Red Cross, Coaching Ourselves, Japan International Cooperation Agency , Action African Help, McGill University and Fockefeller Foundation hoping to work together to strengthen management capabilities in the health sector.
