To Whom It May Concern,
I have had the pleasure of working with Janna during the last 5 years in 3 different capacities.
As a sales consultant, Janna gave me my orientation to the department and company. Her
welcoming, friendly and helpful attitude immediately set me at ease and allowed me to quickly
adapt. She is extremely adept at assessing the situation or person and anticipating their needs.
Later, as a Regional Manager I worked with Janna as an offsite employee. She organized and
sent us all of the materials and assets we needed. She also made sure to track our activities,
reporting and communications. She has an amazing knack at keeping everyone ahead of the
curve and not allowing people to fall behind. This skill helped all 13 of the Regional Managers
out of trouble (falling behind in any required activities) as well as allowed the Director to focus
on important new tasks instead of making sure follow up was completed and reports were up to
date. Lastly, in my current position of Director of Field Services, Janna was my right hand. Her
help in making sure I stayed on task and understood many of my new functions allowed me to be
successful. One of the most wonderful things about Janna is that she is able to work on many
different projects at once and not let things slip all while constantly creating new ideas and
methods to make the department better. She is a positive visionary with a passion for people and
enabling everyone around her to shine. Countless people throughout the company made Janna
their go to person to get things done as well as leaned on her to shed a positive light and solution
to any issue. Janna also took on the duty of Corporate Event Planning and made all of PADI
functions turn out amazing. She was able to do this on a budget for executive entertaining as
well as fun team building programs. .
Janna Christenson was employed at PADI as an Administrative Assistant for 16 years. Her lay
off was a direct result of a reorganization in which the department where she worked was
completely reconfigured and all of the Regional Managers reported to a different executive who
already had an assistant.
If you are looking for someone with top notch people skills, a problem solver and a strong multi
tasker, Janna is your person
