AIESEC enables members to gain practical work experience through short-term micro-experiences managing projects and events focused on youth leadership development. Micro-experiences allow members to volunteer in mentoring programs, manage social projects, or act as ambassadors while developing skills in areas like event planning, stakeholder management, coaching, and budgeting. Organizing committees set up events promoting AIESEC's mission of peace and human potential by connecting students to business leaders through forums and cultural events. Youth to Business Forums bring together young leaders and professionals globally to discuss issues and generate ideas. Global Villages are cultural events uniting people across differences to encourage social sustainability and global understanding.
1. MICRO-EXPERIENCES
AIESEC enables our members to gain practical skills
and work experience through our Micro-Experience
Program where they will play a fundamental part in
bringing our projects to life. A micro-experience is a
short term experience through AIESEC to manage a
project or event focused on creating an impact on
youth leadership. Volunteer to become part of our
mentoring program, manage a social project, or be
an AIESEC ambassador in your local community.
Engage with AIESEC and develop your skills in event
planning, stakeholder management, coaching and
mentoring, developing budgets, performance
management, and much more.
Organizing Committees
Being a part of an organizing committee tasks individuals with
setting up events that help to promote AIESEC’s mission of peace
and fulfillment of human-kind’s potential. Projects range from
Youth Forums to Cultural Events that have a common purpose of
connecting students with opportunities to develop their
leadership potential by engaging with business leaders or
expanding their global awareness.
Youth To Business Forum
Youth to Business Forum is an event that takes place in multiple
locations around the world; bringing top young leaders together
with business leaders, thought leaders, and experts for a
conversation around pressing global issues with the aim to
generate new, but most importantly, actionable ideas to that will
impact the world and its future.
Global Village
An event for everyone that takes place around the world and
brings together people across a wide range of cultures, flavours,
dances and smiles. Global Village is closely related to AIESEC's
mission as it encourages social sustainability, world awareness,
and cultural understanding. It revives the general concept of the
world being a ‘global village’ and inspires people to understand
and appreciate the uniqueness and difference of each other.
AIESEC is an organization that provides
