Mobily Project :
Providing Support and Control on the Electrical systems and UPS which operate the Contact Center.

Omnix was my first experience and my first step in my career, I started work with Omnix as a help desk support
engineer providing the required IT support for company with , after short period and Based on the good responses
that I have received during my support work from company staff, my name has been nominated to participated in
Holy Makah Municipality Project (HMM) and Passport Iraqi System (PIS) as Technical support engineer for Oracle
Siebel Systems in a dual role as a implementers with implementation team and as System Administrator with

Servers and Datacenter Administration: Installation(ESXi) ,configuration and administration of the
datacenter using the (Vcenter,Vsphere) for daily checking on company servers on disk space and performance

Networking: configuration of routers and switches and give supporting on network.
Database Administration and installation: install oracle database and database client on company work

Naturalization project in the Saudi Interior Ministry system Al-Riyadh :
Preparing the installation environment's by configuring the HP servers and installing the ESXi.
Making the Data Center by installing Vcenter and Vsphere client and configure the hosts and servers.
Install and convert all Virtual Machine on the new Hosts.
Installing and create the Data Base for the Siebel system.
Installing the Oracle Middleware Product on the hosts regarding to the Siebel VISIO planner and make the
configuration for the System.

Working with OMNIX international on PIS (Passport Iraqi System) project in Iraq as a technical support
engineer (support on site, by solving client’s problem in using PIS system, and answering all questions about
system business and technical).also administration on servers sector in project.
Working with OMNIX international in HMM (Holly Mecca Municipality) project in KSA as Sales and
supporting engineer, (out site: demo and presentation for the project and giving a training for the IT Engineers
in Mecca Municipality on HMM system, also answering any questions, on site: solve technical problem in
HMM system that face clients and answering all question and suggestions that clients wants.
Prepare and install Siebel Environment's with different Oracle middleware product, and monitoring
system and server’s performance and checking all services and clients (Oracle Data Base, Siebel, OAM,
OID, java, SQL).
Working with OMNIX international on MOI (Ministry of the Interior of KSA Project), I had prepared the
full infrastructure for the development environment, installation the hardware for servers on the racks inside
the KSA MOI, and apply the virtualization solution (VMware), and deploying the Development environment
virtual machines on the hosts. Also provide the developers with the required support as Siebel and Data base
administrator.
