avoid increase in costs.
• Oversee documentation and progress monitoring data and drawings required for required
reporting.
• Liaise and attend regular site meetings with the client and the project Management /consultant
to maintain a healthy relationship throughout the contract’s lifetime
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of all Project Engineers in order to avoid rework,
conflicts, delays or undue costs.
• Manage all aspects of labor requirements for the project including the initial labor forecast as
well as weekly labor reports.
• Authorize delivery notes, material requisitions through Engineers and following material
requisition forms with client in order to ensure that the project’s material requirements are
delivered on time.
• Coordinate and oversee technical testing and inspection and ensure these are witnessed by
consultant and formal approval is obtained, after each stage of implementation /or according to
project schedule during the duration of the project.

Main Responsibilities includes the Following:
• Establishing Standard Operating Procedures for MEP project.
• Reviewed preliminary project concepts and schematics (drawings, specifications, calculations).
• Monitored and evaluated the quality of planning, design, and construction activities
accomplished by PMC, vendors, designers, and contractors.
• Provided direction and leadership to assigned resources for effective and timely execution of
the project.
• Guided and supervised MEP staff and following up with logistic team.

for solving of various issues during project period.
