Contracting Co. since August 2011
Responsibilities:
• Plans and coordinates all on-site MEP activities to comply with applicable owner
contract documents, engineer and government specifications, requirements and
codes.
• Establishes and conducts internal audits to insure quality control requirements are met
and recommends acceptance or rejection of all work in process as well as completed
work items in compliance with applicable codes and specifications.
• Research and develop solutions to MEP problems and conflicts through timely and
accurate interpretation of contract documents.
• Assists in the review and processing of MEP shop drawings and other submittals.
• Process Request for Information (RFI) and change order requests through appropriate
parties on a timely basis to insure the prompt flow of information.
• Coordinate MEP drawings to insure all systems work within space constraints and

accurate “as built” documents are provided by our company and our subcontractors to
our clients.

orders from suppliers, co-ordination among contractors, consultants, suppliers and authorities, up to
installation and communication stages.

cabling, Public Address, CCTV, Fire alarm and Fire Fighting systems, SMATV

• Worked as Electro-mechanical Engineer in General International Construction and
Maintenance Co., Abu-Dhabi. (MAR 2001- JAN 2002).

Supervisor of Production Section and Team Leader:
I was responsible of maintenance, operating and troubleshooting the production machines. Executing
all works of AC, Plumbing (Drainage and water supply).
• Worked as Trainee Engineer in Spider Internet, Pakistan (JUN 1999 to Nov 2000).
Design and implement the electrical network, local area network administration, software administration
and implementation.

3. Work knowledge:
1.Monitor drawing / material / work conformances with provisions as per specification / ADDC/Civil Defense .
2.Check the activities on site and provide the necessary reminders to the Project Director, Construction
Manager and the Planning Engineer for any immediate action.
3.Supervise the production of co-ordination drawings to ensure that all services are coordinated with each
other and the building structure is complying with the contract requirements.
4.Ensure all builders works drawings are comprehensive and discussed with the various engineers for the best
implementation and installation of services in coordination with other parties and main contractor.
5.Provide reminders, in advance, to the Project Director for any anticipated conflict that may happen in the
future with respect to the simultaneous activities of all MEP trades and main contractors.
6.Follow up the status of material and shop drawings and keep all parties informed of the status and follow up
the implementation of the Clients comments in timely manner.
7.Distribute detailed information, documents and regulations as applicable to all concerned parties and ensure
their acknowledgement and adherence to its contents.
8.Coordinate with main contractors, sub-contractors, MEP coordinator, Engineers and Construction Manager
to obtain clearance before starting the work to ensure smooth and efficient execution of work.
9.Provide Technical support and solve all Site technical issues to ensure completion of Projects within the
stipulated time.
10. At project close out co-ordinate the production of as built drawings to ensure they are delivered as per the
contract requirements in terms of quality and time.
11- Work directly with Mechanical and/or Electrical project managers on and off job sites to
Ensure projects are running smoothly. The project assistant will be responsible for maintaining communication
and
Facilitating project documentation between suppliers and General Contractors.
