• Review all building systems for proper operations and work closely with contractors to address any
issues, to include building automation system.
• Create a PM system using Angus: Upload all building equipment, create schedules associated with
manufacture recommendations PM tasks and put system into use.
• Assisted with the hiring of staff. Responsible for training and the supervision of staff.
• Performed all ordering through P2P system, tools, PM supplies etc.
