Potential / tender / project research
 Researching for potential leads, looking at the target market as well as the
current customers that the company has and researching and searching for
more potentials.
 Research new target markets to move into
 Researching for tenders that the company can quote on and participate in.
 Researching projects that the company can participate in
 Researching events and conferences that the company can attend in order to
be up to date with the industry as well as the customers. Also helping
company to network and be a part of the industry and its customers. These
events will include ones that managers, directors, sales and company
representatives and employees can attend
Keeping up to date with Competitors
and Industry
 Analysing competitors’ websites and making sure that the company is up to
date and on standard with the competitor.
 Keeping up to date with competitors directories, listings and advertising
 Keeping up to date with competitors social media for e.g.: LinkedIn
 Keeping up to date with competitors specials, promotions, new offers and
current offers
 Making sure the company is up to date with new standards etc.
 Making sure the company is up to date with the market
Newsletter Design
Bulk Emailing
 Designing a newsletter to be sent out every month/ second month as company
feels necessary.
 Customers and potentials that signed up will receive the newsletter.
 Newsletter will cover new offerings, specials etc.
 Bulk emailing will be sent out to new potentials etc. with company profiles /
services and products offered
 The responsibly of bulk emailing will be on the company
 I will only be responsible for sending out the emails
 Emails will be sent via minique@mvbusconsultants.com or if company wishes
to create extra email address
Researching industry related exhibits
 Researching industry related exhibits for the company to exhibit at. This will
help advertise the company, its brand as well as the products and or services.
This will also help with networking with suppliers, customers and even give
the company an idea of what the competitors are up to
 Exhibits will not always necessarily be to sell the products of the company but
it will help with brand awareness of the company and its products and or
services. This is a way of creating a more personal relationship with your
customers as well as creating relationship with potentials
Surveys / Questionnaires
 Creating surveys/questionnaires regularly to see how familiar the customers/potentials are
with the company’s products and or services
 How customers/potentials evaluate the overall products and or services
 To establish how often the products and or services are used
 To find out if customers/ potentials have used the competitors products and or services and
how they compare it to the company
 How well the company’s marketing is working
 What purchasing methods the customers are using
 To find out if customers will recommend or refer the company and or its products to other
people
 To find out if customers/ potentials would like to see any changes about the products and or
services
 To compare prices and service with competitors
 etc.

Newsletter Design Bulk Emailing  Designing a newsletter to be sent out every month/ second month as company feels necessary.  Customers and potentials that signed up will receive the newsletter.  Newsletter will cover new offerings, specials etc.  Bulk emailing will be sent out to new potentials etc. with company profiles / services and products offered  The responsibly of bulk emailing will be on the company  I will only be responsible for sending out the emails  Emails will be sent via minique@mvbusconsultants.com or if company wishes to create extra email address

This will help advertise the company, its brand as well as the products and or services. This will also help with networking with suppliers, customers and even give the company an idea of what the competitors are up to  Exhibits will not always necessarily be to sell the products of the company but it will help with brand awareness of the company and its products and or services. This is a way of creating a more personal relationship with your customers as well as creating relationship with potentials
