• A behavior produces a result.
- identify a present behavior,
- change the behavior,

With a knowledge of present
behaviors you may choose to
reinforce existing behaviors or
develop new ones according to
your personal/ business goals.
Situational behaviour
• It is not how strong you are in each of the four
areas but how capable you are in bringing up
the behaviours crucial for a situation.
• The goal of Winning Colors® is to be able to act
as the situation warrants
