We have special power express line from REB for non stop power supply.
The substation has equipped with HT panel, Transformer, VCB,LT panel, BBT
& ACB, PFI for smooth and safe power supply. We have 2 no’s of 2500 KVA
Transformers. Total 5000 KVA or 5 MW capacity. Right now we are running 1
no’s of 2500 KVA Transformer which enough our load. And another 2500
KVA Transformer has kept for back up in future.

We have 3 no’s of 1000 KVA
Generators for stand by power
supply. So, we have 3000KVA or 3
MW power capacity. The fuel
consumption is about 90 liter/hr for
each 1000KVA generator. These
generators are perfectly
synchronized with each other. These
are runs depends on required load.

when load become high and shut
down automatically each other when
load become less. And we have
another small 150 KVA generator
for stand by support. The all
generators are from Perkins engine
UK brand. No AMC Agreement we
are works General Maintenance.

In our hotel we are using water
cooling type HVAC system. We
have 4 no’s of chiller in our HVAC
plant. Each chiller is 313 Ton. So,
Total: 1252 Tons of capacity we
have. As like generators, these
chillers are also start and shut down
according to the required load. If
there become less load then one by
one the chiller become shut down.
These chiller brought from Dunham
Bush , Malaysia. We can also
operate these chillers by BMS. BMS

from hill side lake for hotel
