Personal Summary
I have 16 years of experience in the largest telecom company in Brazil (Oi Telecomunicações). During this time,
I held the executive position of manager for 2 years, with leadership ability, teamwork capacity and good level
of verbal fluency. In my last position, I was responsible for the demands and improvement of business support
systems for the B2B sector, comprising small, medium and large accounts with strong result orientation. I have
worked with business management, contract management, technology, products and sales, as well as
experience in managing pre-sales team project management and product management. I own IT vision and
planning, implementation and project management, experience and leadership in conducting Audits of Quality
Management Systems. I have a vast knowledge in Sales Force Automation Systems, mostly Siebel 8. Also
experience in Process Management and Quality Assurance Tools.
