RESPONSLBILLTIES
 Responsibility for Design / Erection / BOQ preparation/Testing and commissioning SCADA and PLC for various water projects.
 Responsibility for all site activities of I&C Works including site erection, Co-ordination with Consultant and clients, inspection and
invoicing project bills.
 Manage project schedules and budgets for the part of Instrumentation, Electro-Mechanicals works.
 Coordinates with vendors for technical issues raised by clients and consultants.
 Preparation, verification, identification and implementation of technical queries in loop diagrams, datasheets, instruments index, IO
schedules, Marshalling cabinet and junction box wiring diagram, P&ID’s, Hook-up diagrams for all DCS systems.
 Preparation of Documents for Erection, testing, commissioning works like Electrical Load Schedule, IO list, Termination schedule, As
built, Test report formats for inspection, Electrical power release inspections.
 Organising and supervising Erection team work force to executing shutdown period works.
 Prepare Requests for Inspection to completed work at site.
 Calibration, Installation, commissioning and trouble shooting for all type of field instruments.
 Commissioning and maintenance the analyser and transmitters such as pH, Chlorine, Conductivities and Temperature sensors.
