Objective :

1. Fabric consumptionfor the Body Parts (Body+ Chest):
Consumptionperdozen(CPD)=((BodylengthfromHSP + allowance)×(1/2chest+ allowance)×2×12)÷(55×36×2.54)
=(76*56*2*12)÷(55*36*2.54)
= 20.31yds per dozen
2. Fabric consumptionfor the Sleeve:
CPD=(66*28*2*2*12)÷(55*36*2.54)
= 17.64yds per dozen
3. Fabric consumptionfor the Collar:
CPD=(44*8*2*12)÷(55*36*2.54)
= 1.68yds perdozen
4. Fabric consumptionfor the Cuff:

= 0.344yds per dozen
5. Consumptionfor the Collar Band:
CPD=(33*4*2*12)÷(55*36*2.54)
= 0.63yds perdozen
6. Consumptionfor the Pocket:
CPD=(14*11*2*12)÷(55*36*2.54)
= 0.735yds per dozen
7. Consumptionfor the Yoke:
CPD=(49*13*2*12)÷(55*36*2.54)
= 3.04yds perdozen
Now,
Total fabric consumption for the woven longsleeve shirtis-
= {(20.31 + 17.64 + 1.68 + 0.344 + 0.63 + 0.735 + 3.04) + 5%(wastage)}
= (44.379 + 5%)ydsperdozen.
= 46.6yds perdozen.
So,total fabricconsumptionforthe wovenlongsleeve shirtis46.6yds perdozen.
