Helped with file management, used Microsoft office suite, answered multiline phone system,
used multisystem copy machine, assisted with grant division in tracking and reconciliation,
indexed and scanned fiscal documents, helped in preparation of relocation.

Answered multiline phone system, inventory including physical counting process and data entry
of results, review and approved accounts payable and receivable to be submitted to corporate
office. Review and approved payroll hours to be sent to corporate. Composed purchase orders to
purchase office and store supplies needed, supervised cash room including oversight of cash
room clerks to ensure accuracy of daily cash balances. Assisted with preparation for internal
audits in addition to during the audit I gathered needed information when requested. Worked
with the operations manager to obtain detailed required product information in order to use
company purchasing card to obtain needed supplies, monthly reconciliation of company
purchasing card. Worked with vendors to ensure orders were received and delivered. Required

applicants in hiring system, ran background checks, sent applicants for drug testing, retrieved
background and drug test results, and completed new hire orientations. Completed and
