9. The pupil, through the help of parents/guardians, is responsible for all the lessons or assignment missed,
regardless of the reason of absences.
10. Be sure that your child is doing his/her homework. Parent’s signature below the assigned homework will
be highly appreciated.
11. When Thypoon Signal No. 1 is raised by PAGASA, classes in Pre-Elementary are automatically
suspended.
12. If there is any problem, suggestion, observation regarding your child, set an appointment to teachers
concerned. Talking or discussing things to other people will not help. Likewise, talking to the teacher
while classes are going on is very much discouraged. Parent-teacher conferences may be done after class
or during the teacher’s vacant period.
13. There will be a monthly examination. Parents are required to pay monthly tuition fees on time to avoid
over lapping of payments. Payments for tuition fees and books must be settled at the treasurer’s office
only. Teachers are not allowed to accept payment of the said items.
14. Tutorial is not really needed, unless recommended / advised by the teacher to those pupils who have
difficulties in coping up with everyday lessons. However, parents (Specially working parents) who may
wish their child to be tutored may do so. Kindly see Mrs. Fiel for that matter.
Teachers are not allowed to tutor their own pupil. Pre – Elem tutorial class starts at 3:30 pm. The school
will be closed at 6:00 pm.
15. The Report Card is issued / given to parents every Grading period. Parents / Guardians / Teacher
conference is advised and will be called upon when necessary. Please avoid comparison of grades to
other pupils. It will not help.
16. Your child is our main concern. We want to protect, teach and prepare them to become good individuals,
so they can face life’s challenges with maturity and greater responsibility. So let’s work hand in hand to
explain to them the rules & regulations of the school and make sure that they will observe them at all
times. Help them realize the value of education.
For LASC rules and regulation aside from what we have discussed today,
please refer to our Student’s Daily Guide.
Thank you very much and may God bless us all!
