5. PARENTS SUPPORT
1. Parents are welcome to communicate through the school almanac.
2. The almanac should be checked on a daily basis.
3. Parents should read Almanac thoroughly and should check everyday and acknowledge it. Front
page needs to be filled within 2 days after getting Almanac.
4. Attend the Parent Teacher’s Meet regularly.
5. Check the ERP for the classwork/ Homework updates and Circulars.
6. Check your child’s bags daily for any Homework.
7. Kindly help your children to keep their textbooks neat.
6. UNIFORM ETHICS
• It is expected that students should report to
school in proper school uniform, everyday.
• House Uniforms are mandatory for Grades- I and
II on every Wednesday and during Sports Class (As
per the Time Table).
• For Kindergarten Students, Parents to keep an
extra pair of clothes/Diaper and a small napkin in
their ward’s school bag daily.
7. General Instructions for Book Submission
• Label the child’s belongings e.g. lunch box ,water bottle, bag, etc. with a
Permanent marker. No fancy bottles/ pencil boxes are allowed. They
distract the children.
• List of things to be submitted in a button folder-
• Stationery items as listed in book list.
• Submit the complete set of books- Properly labelled and covered, to the
class teacher. Workbooks of volume 1, 2 and 3 of all subjects including
Computer book, Grammar guide and Word work will always be with the class
teacher.
• Submit all the books, notebooks and stationery items on the first day of the
school.
• Handwriting notebooks for English and Hindi need to be carried everyday.
8. Help Your Child
• Students have to bring fruits for Fruit Break and healthy
food for lunch. No packed food or snacks will be allowed.
• Kindly send lunchbox and water bottle that is simple in use
and can be easily handled by child her/himself.
• We must encourage our children to use table mats at home also
while having meals .
• Teach your children to imbibe clean habits example wash hands
before and after every meal etc.
• Please train your children to do Practice Work properly and
regularly with date.

• You are requested not to send the child to school if the child is
not feeling well. It is for the well being of all the children.
• In case of the need to avail of Mess facility, (for the non-users
of mess) it should be informed a day prior to the Respective
Class Teacher.
• Parents should reach at least 5 minutes before for dropping or
picking up the child at stop or in the school premises.
• Parents need to carry Parent ID card, whenever they will visit
school either to pick their ward/for any other work.
10. General Instructions for Communication
• The school broadcast group includes the primary numbers of the parents.
• Parents will receive individual messages by the class teacher. Soon using of
broadcast group will be deleted and communication mode would be ERP only.

11. • Children should not be absent on FA Exam and
Revision days.
• Projects will be based on few blocks/chapters
from the whole syllabus. These blocks/chapters
may/may not be exempted in examinations. There
will be marks for projects on the following
rubrics:
Child involvement,
Presentation,
On-time submission.
