to take account of the fact that prisoners get transferred without notice or finish sentence and weren’t able to finish
training. Course has 95% success rate based on learning outcomes and attendance rates
 Role calls for ability to deal with conflict and difficult people in an empathetic manner, has not found the need to
issue a “behaviour warning” (would result in prisoner having certain privileges withdrawn) demonstrating skill in
