and Team Leading, Customer Service, Warehousing and Business Administration. I also taught
Functional Skills in Maths, English and ICT to level 2.
 Taught and Assessed 16 plus in Management, Team Leading, Business Administration,
Warehousing and Customer Service at levels 1-5. Which includes the safety of information (DPA)
and safeguarding.
 Fostered and maintained professional links with learner/companies at all levels to allow target

2006 – 2008 Training Manager
Responsible for the running a military training centre and teams of teachers/tutors who NVQ assessed,
taught digital/analogue communications, taught security, taught vocational qualifications and Defence
Instructional Techniques (DIT) to the Combat Service Support, approximately 2000 personnel, at basic,
intermediate and management level across multiple sites. Responsible for site security and security of
Cryptographic items whilst ensuring guards were posted, security was maintained and CCTV was used
within the law.
 Taught Defence Instructional Techniques to forces teachers, implemented the training standards of
teachers/trainers and maintained quality with monthly assessments and written reports.
 Managed a specialist vehicle fleet to ensure it was legally compliant, available to use and
maintained to the required standards.
 Managed NVQ assessors and directly assessed young soldiers in communications and driving
NVQ’s as part of their on-going apprenticeship and personal development. .
 Taught Digital and Analogue communications at basic, intermediate and management level,
providing written reports, certificates of competence and post course support at all levels.

to communicate whilst deployed on training and/or operations.

Ultimate Training Days/Alternative Curriculum Company Mar 2008 – Sep 2012 Training Manager As a Training Manager and Centre Manager I was responsible for training design, Delivery of Training, Quality Assurance and the Management of all aspects of Training and staff whilst working with both young people and adults across multiple sites.  Taught First Aid at all levels up to First Aid in the Work Place, provided certificates of competence and post course support including the QCF range of course across multiple sites.  Assessed individuals from the Digital, Security, Management, Business/Administration, Customer Service and Driving industries to enable them to achieve the required Apprenticeship/NVQ at various levels.  Design and implemented curriculum, course content and course structure, monitored changes and updates, to provide the best training possible across all disciplines.  Ensured health and safety was applied and maintained across all training both inside and outside the classroom  Managed staff on a day to day/week to week basis. British Army (retired as Warrant Officer Class 2) 2006 – 2008 Training Manager Responsible for the running a military training centre and teams of teachers/tutors who NVQ assessed, taught digital/analogue communications, taught security, taught vocational qualifications and Defence Instructional Techniques (DIT) to the Combat Service Support, approximately 2000 personnel, at basic, intermediate and management level across multiple sites. Responsible for site security and security of Cryptographic items whilst ensuring guards were posted, security was maintained and CCTV was used within the law.  Taught Defence Instructional Techniques to forces teachers, implemented the training standards of teachers/trainers and maintained quality with monthly assessments and written reports.  Managed a specialist vehicle fleet to ensure it was legally compliant, available to use and maintained to the required standards.  Managed NVQ assessors and directly assessed young soldiers in communications and driving NVQ’s as part of their on-going apprenticeship and personal development. .
