Project Leader: Recently trained and developed a team for the launch of a large aid NGO project to set up
supply chains and distribution of very large food aid programme. Training and writing course materials for

During this time highlights were devising and rolling out a coaching and mentoring programme with the goal
of reducing employee turnover in Nairobi, Kenya. for over 300 employees over a 2 year programme for
Africa’s largest telecom –Safaricom.
Another highlight was facilitating a two day conference for UN on the formation of the new state of Sudan
with ministers from Kenya, Uganda,Sudan and ministers from the government in waiting of South Sudan
