old, it is duty and moral responsibility of their children to take care of them.
 Caring involves two things namely,

 Genuine honesty is the resultant of a desire to do the right things. It enables
people not to tell lies, express openly, take risks and be creative.
 Trustworthy reflects sincerity. Trust is being truthful.
Courage - bravery
 It is the ability to do something frightening.
 It is the strength to face pain.
 Courage helps to live by our values. It nourishes our ability to act.
 It helps to take risk, face obstacles and criticism. Courage is not in words but
in actions.
 Steps to develop courage:
 Learn to face reality
 Set a good value system and commit to adopt it.
 Build character
 By practicing in smaller way.
 Practice makes things permanent.

 You cannot control how much time you have. But you can control the way to
use it.
 You cannot choose whether to spend time or not, but can decide how to
spend it.
 You cannot manage time , but you can learn to manage yourself in relation to
time.
 Time cannot be expanded, mortgaged(pledged), hastened or retrieved.
Time is eternal
 It doesn’t come and go away. So there is only life management and no time
management.
 So stop thinking of what you cannot do . Start thinking and act on what you
can and have to do.

 No one is useless. Each person’s capability is very much essential for a group
to succeed.
 But when all of you work together for some purpose, all your capabilities put
