To whom it may concern,
Luiz first started volunteering with Sydney Children’s Hospital Foundation at our largest annual
fundraising campaign Gold Telethon, June 2014. He was based in the call centre taking donations
made by generous individuals and businesses.
Luiz then expressed his interested with donating more of his time to assist us at our fundraising
events - his role included activities such as meet and greeting guests, selling raffle tickets, taking
auction payments and auction spotting. He volunteered at The Diamond Event, sunSCHine Event
and our Amber Affair event.
Luiz completed a Criminal Record Check and signed a Confidentiality Agreement when he signed up
to be a volunteer.
Luiz is punctual, reliable and showed up at every event he committed to, and is very much a team
player and generous with giving his time to help others.
We wish him all the very best with all his future endeavours and thank him very much for his
assistance this year
