Dear respected Sir or Madam of Women Deliver,
The purpose of this letter is to recommend Mr. Luiz Fernando Pereira, the Eco-generation
Regional Ambassador to Brazil, who was designated as reporter and ambassador for
environmental news in Latin America on his environmental advocacy program.
He contributed to another program as chairperson in the “2016 Global Youth Eco-Leadership
Summit” (GYELS) in Seoul, Korea. GYELS is the biggest global environment forum for youth
in Korea in order to advance their awareness, role and commitment for the environmental
conservation and protection.
TUNZA Eco-generation is a web based environmental network platform to raise awareness
among children and youth. It is operated by Samsung Engineering jointly with United Nations
Environment Programme since 2006.
His work, as the facilitator, was a great help for planning, organizing and executing the 2016
GYELS “Model United Nation program”. We can state with confidence that he is a motivated
and responsible person with a high degree of integrity.
Luiz’s involvement has included the following lists:
Coaching and mentoring for the delegates of the 2016 GYELS during the whole program
- Monitoring and developing group discussions
- Organizing and guiding Model United Nations Plan
- Establishing Social media group for preparing GYELS summit
