3. We worked with Sylvia to buy our first house. So it was fantastic! She took us step by step
from start to finish. The house that we bought was out of our price range at first, and she
guided us through negotiating it down to something that we could afford. She also was
great at getting things done! If somebody in the process was not doing something and we
were at a standstill, we would call Sylvia and she made sure it was done! This happened
several times in the process. Not to mention we got a nice check at the end for my
