Kilimani is a dynamic rapidly developing area in real estate currently a prime integrated mixed use zone in
Nairobi with a diverse population of local and foreign decent due to numerous embassies
• Kilimani is a convenient prime residential and commercial area in Nairobi. The affluent neighbourhood is located
approximately 6 km west of the Nairobi Central Business District.
• It comprises of mixed-use developments and a rich cultural mix of a population of both local and foreign decent. The

An immense presence of expatriates is felt in Kilimani generated by the huge population of foreign decent in the
neighbourhood. This includes the French, Ethiopian, American and Nigerian communities leading to the

The Nairobi Baptist Church on Ngong road and Nairobi Pentecostal Church on Valley Road are the main churches in

Despite of the challenges facing MUD’s, our development has been designed to counter these challenges
ensuring an ideal environment is provided for our clients.
• In spite of all the beneficial aspects of MUDs, some challenges are experienced as highlighted below;
(a)Security Access – The disadvantage of having multiple users in a building is that there will be places where a certain
group of people will have access to but not others. These functions have been separated in our development by use of
security access cards ensuring that all our client’s needs are met while still maintaining ample security within the area. The
availability of different access points to various amenities offered ensures that there is ease of tracking traffic within all
areas of the development.
(b)Noise pollution and transfer – Keeping noise isolated from one space to another is important to ensure a serene
environment is maintained. Sound mitigation measures have been integrated in the various sections of our development to
ensure minimum noise interference in the living space above or from a noisy residence to the office complex. Having the
towers placed approximately 40m apart from each other also ensures that noise transfer within the various functions of the
development is minimized.
(c)Parking – Though the hope with mixed-use developments is to help reduce the dependence on automobiles, not
everyone has embraced this mentality. More often than not, there will be additional visitors who will need a place to park.
This has been countered in our development by ensuring that an adequate number of parking spaces has been provided to

The payment plans available are very flexible

•This offer is valid for a limited period only for the first 10% of the units sold at this price
We are providing four standard payment plans for the residential apartments:
