2. How did you use media technologies in the construction and research, planning and evaluation stages?

4. We used many different media technologies throughout our coursework and we used it a lot, especially in the planning and research stages . Some of the technologies that we used were familiar to us due to having had to use them in the past, but most of them were brand new to us so we had to learn how to use them. We would never have been able to create the quality of work that we have without these numerous amounts of different technologies.

5. YouTube Internet research We have all used YouTube before so we knew how to use it. We used it to help find our final song choice and make sure that Katy Perry had not already made a music video to go with it.

6. Internet lyrics We used this website to get a copy of the lyrics to our song. We have all used ths website before so we knew how to use it. We needed a copy of the lyrics so Leonie could learn the lyrics to the song and so that we could annotate ideas on it and get the timings of each of the lines of the songs.

7. PowerPoint present song choices We used PowerPoint to create a presentation of our final song choices. We had already used PowerPoint before creating this one so it was easy for us to use and we could make the presentation look good.

8. Memory Stick swapping data We used a memory stick as a way of swapping data as the computers that we used during our media lessons are not linked to the school system so we could not put the work we did on our accounts or print the work off.

Camera pictures of us working We used this camera to take pictures while we were filming of us filming to put on our blogs to show evidence of our production and also to get pictures of Leonie for our DigiPack. This is the first time we had used this camera but we had used digital cameras before so it was easy for us to use and didn’t take a lot of getting used to.

10. Video camera filming The picture of the camera is the make of camera that we used to film our music video. There are also pictures on this slide of our group using the camera to capture our video. This is the first time we had used this camera and we found it hard to use at first. For example we filmed some horse shots but didn't realise the night shot was on so the shots were to bright and we couldn't use them and had to go and re film.

11. Adobe Premiere pro cs4 editing We used this to make our music video. It was the first time that we all had used this and it took a lot of getting used to but as we did our story board on this before the video we had a chance to get used to it but when it came to actually doing the video we were still learning new things.

13. Fireworks – Digipak We used this to make our Digipak by manipulating the images and adding various layers of texts and effects. We also used the paintbrush tool to write the text on the back of our DigiPak.

15. Prezi Prezi evaluation We used Prezi to put our evaluation on it to make it more visual and fun to watch

16. Social Networking We have all used these different social networking websites before so when it came to making the pages for our artist and a blog for all our work we knew what to do.
