Pvt. Ltd.
 Nature of work:
 Executing On boarding Process – Being able to initiate and complete the on-boarding
processes as per the compliance norms of Collabera, Federal Govt. & Collabera’s
Clients.
 Being able to seamlessly communicate to the prospective employees the framework
of policies of Collabera and those of Indian Department of Labor and other parties
that may be involved.
 Analysis and verification of all the documents received from prospective employees.
Identifying the deficiencies if any and getting it completed within pre-defined Service
level A g re e m e n t s .
 Creating a positive employee experience.
 Setting up the Business process setup with the new clients tying up with Collabera which
includes Background Verification, Timesheet, Billing Invoices, Purchase Orders, Any specific
client documents e.g. NDA (Non-disclosure agreement), further rights to be taken by the
company e.g. Right to Hire, discussion on the clauses mention in the MSA etc.
 Coordinating with parties external to Collabera - Business Partners, Background
Verification agencies, Vendor Management Organizations, Procurement teams, etc.
to complete statutory requirements in line with Collabera and their Client policies.
 Coordinating with the internal teams to make sure that tasks are brought to logical
conclusion in a defined timeframe.
 Contribute to Client Audits, Reports, Data compilation and analytical presentation.
 Resolving Billing problems including Purchase Orders, invoice rejections and purchase
order budget issues. Following up with the client/sales teams for purchase orders.
This includes entries in appropriate systems and notifying the appropriate people
once the issues have been resolved.
 Fixing Collabera internal audit errors.

 Helping Business heads with the weekly reports based on purchase orders, unbilled amount
to the company, MSA’s executions and such further reports as demanded by the business.
 Helping payroll department with all the required information (UAN number, PF number,
PAN card details and aadhar card details) of the resources so that their salaries can be
credited on time.
 Making assure that resources get their on-boarding details on time with all the complete
information and employee representative helps them with the induction call.
 Miscellaneous items-requests from sub-tiers, clients and consultants.
 Presenting as Collabera’s SPOC in front of the client for solving different problems and
smoothen the process.
 Ensuring all the tasks are completed in the allotted time span and achieving success.

 Positive attitude towards work which has taught me that « there is always a way out ».
