Work Experience:
 Currently working with HCL Services Limited as an Associate-OA
Department from Aug 2014 till date. HCL Services has been delivering
cutting edge IT services and solutions to its clients.
 Worked with Bright Systems as an Office Administrator from May
2013 July 2014. Sales & service handle for all type of computers, laptops,
printers & all computer related accessories.
 Worked with Noble Marketing as an Office coordinator from April
2008 to April 2013, distributor of real good chicken who bring the best of
Godrej’s hygienic supply chain and strong value-added brands with Tyson
Foods’ expertise in processing and product development to create great-
tasting, safe, and healthy products.
 Worked with Eastern Resource Management e-Services Pvt. Ltd.
as an Office Executive from January 2006 to March 2008, the
organization which renders IT unable service, conducting Call Center &
Back office for UK, USA, Australia and Middle East Client.
 Worked with Western Graphic-Com Marketing Pvt. Ltd. As an
Office Coordinator from April 2001 to December 2005. Authorized
dealer & service providers of Xerox & Tektronix.

Job Profile:
 Contact customers for Sales & Service related information or
documents to ensure completeness of the existing documents or
information.
 Attending all incoming calls & provide solution as per
requirements.
 Liaise with Engineers and other departments (Spare parts / Inventory) on
quick and efficient resolution of customer issues and queries.
 Highlight areas for improvement with suggested solutions to
improve companies’ procedures, technology and service to positively
enhance customer’s experience with organization.
 Manage maintenance of the customer instructions and customer
general information databases to ensure that the databases are up to date
and accurate.
 Generating reports from available resources, making reports &
address to the directors on weekly basis.
 Preparing monthly report for our well established clients for know
the picture of the sales of the month as well as advising the future
prospects.
 Making Quotations & Purchase Orders.
 Respond to customers consistently and confidently by providing accurate
information in all areas such as service time, quotations and prices of
computer related elements.
 Enhance service experience by exercising professionalism and empathy
when dealing with each individual customer’s varying needs and demands.
 Making all centers sales & accounts reports summary.
 Preparing Sales daily reports.
 Taking Dictation & Typing.
 Maintaining Salary Register, Monthly Leave Register & Other Office
routine work.
 Maintaining Petty Cash Accounts.
 All administrative work as and when requires.
Professional Qualification:
• Completed Basic Computer Course from Grand Computers.
MS-Office (Excel, Word, Power Point, Tally (5.4 Version), Familiar with
Internet.
• Completed Certificate Course of Photoshop, Corel Draw & Internet
from Sip & Surf Computer Institute.
• Completed Diploma in Practical Accounts from ACT Management.
 Diploma in Computerized Accounting.
 Diploma in Tax Management (Part – 1 & 2) (DTM)

• Completed Certificate Course Typing – 30 Speed from Saraswati
Institute Government of Maharashtra.
• Completed Certificate Course MS-CIT in Dec-04 with 60 Marks from
