Companies work hard to create their own brand image
Social Networks can be used to give that brand image interaction time with
consumers
Take advantage of that!
What can be gained?
Consumer Loyalty
The long and short of it is, Happy Consumers are Constant Consumers
Keep them active and interested in you and your product
What are we Currently Doing?
Blog Posts, Facebook Posts, Tweets, Instagram Posts
Overall very active
Why do more?
While there is lots of activity, there could be more done to make it more
meaningful
Social Media is first and foremost Social
How?
Take advantage of content provided by the consumers!
What can this do for us?
We make the consumers feel actively a part of the brand, make them one of
the family!

OPI can create something we’ve all missed from childhood:
Slumber-Parties!
