PROFESSIONAL SUMMARY
I recently completed my third season as a Direct Service Representative at American
Girl. Prior to returning, I had worked as a seasonal Customer Care Representative at
Doheny Enterprises.
From February 2008 through April 2010, I had taken care of my father. From January
2014 through September 2014, I was dealing with some personal health issues. Prior to
February 2008, I was a Order Processor at American Girl for more than 4 years.
SKILLS
I am proficient in using a computer and navigating multiple windows at one time. I have
entered customers orders. I have also been trained in responding to customer emails
and live chats in a professional manner.

seasons as a Direct Service Associate, and I have just returned for my third
