Participants have roughly 27 days to think like an
owner/leader. During this 27 day period participants
document viewpoints within a simple, thought
provoking, engaging platform.
All participants, regardless of hierarchy, tenure, position,
etc. follow the exact same instructions and spend the
same amount of time per individual on the team.
Time spent equates to100% focus on Your business!
Time Commitment Per Individual – 30 Days

Day 28 each participant has a 1:1 coaching call with a
certified FIT Facilitator. This coaching call serves
