Globalization and Team Milestone Project Units

● Final Project: Starbucks Arabia
In these final 2 units, participants will learn how companies think about global
expansion and operating in new markets. The milestone project utilizes acquired
knowledge on business analysis and communication to help a company develop an
expansion strategy into a new market, namely Saudi Arabia.

It will start by focusing on self-awareness and then move into interpersonal emotional intelligence.

Fullbridge Design Thinking Unit 8 Topics Covered: ● Team Design Exercise ● What is Design Thinking ● What is the Design Thinking Process ● Methods to Identify Customer Needs The unit covers what Design Thinking is, how to practice it, and why it is a vital tool for innovation in the rapidly evolving world in which we operate.

Strategy, Innovation, and Brand Unit 9 Topics Covered: ● Introduction to Strategy ● Introduction to Innovation ● Introduction to Brand and Sustainable Value ● Strategy and Innovation - Case Study Exercise This unit builds on the topic of innovation previously covered in Design Thinking. It develops a key set of tools to analyze a business, including its strategic positioning, how it thinks about and manages innovation, and how it develops a brand with sustainable value.

Understanding Customers Unit 10 Topics Covered: ● From Analysis to Understanding ● Listening ● Beyond Listening ● Integrative Negotiation Team Exercise Whether with an external client or with an internal department in your company with whom you are collaborating, creating win-win outcomes for sales and negotiations for products, services, or ideas is critical for one’s career success. This unit also emphasizes the importance of being a good listener in the business world.

Presenting Your Ideas Unit 12 Topics Covered: ● Presenting with PowerPoint ● Showing Data Effectively ● Effective Oral Presentation - Case Study Exercise ● Creating Engaging Communication Building on the Effective Communication unit, this exercise-driven unit, will concentrate on building an argument using Top Down Thinking. The focus is on constructing powerful communications.

Globalization and Team Milestone Project Units 13 Topics Covered: ● Introduction to Globalization ● Final Project: Starbucks Arabia In these final 2 units, participants will learn how companies think about global expansion and operating in new markets. The milestone project utilizes acquired knowledge on business analysis and communication to help a company develop an expansion strategy into a new market, namely Saudi Arabia.
