Overall in-charge of employees total communication equipments like, Phones, mobiles,
Internet, data cards, monthly usages, preparation of monthly statements for payments

Heavy earth moving machinery etc.

accidental claims and its related works etc.
RTA related matter for Registrations; Renewals (FC, Taxes, and Permits) related issues
maintain records etc. and touch with concern authorities.

All Port, Customs, DGFT, related works i.e. (Export & Import, Machinery etc)
Preparation & Processing of entire Post & Final Shipping Documents for Export &
Import vessels (Shipping Bills, Export applications, Invoices, B/L’s, Certificate of
Origin, L/C related works etc.). More than 350 vessel documentation had been prepared
for export & Import.
Attending to Port Berthing Meetings and keep in touch with Port officials for our vessel
berthing priority etc. matters.
Follow up & keep in touch with Customs and Port officials & C&F, stevedoring
agencies for vessel related permissions and its related matters.
Maintenance of Cargo stock details, for arrivals, via Rail/Road (loading & unloading
supervision at Port. Making arrangement for Dumpers movements its related works.
c) Worked as Office Secretary in Shrimp Hatchery Assn. Visakhapatnam from 1993 to 1996
Duties & Responsibilities:
Conducting of Meeting with the members of Associations, Preparation of Minutes of
Meeting,
Collecting information from the members and as well as customers for sale & purchase
of their products medicines, feeds, equipments etc.
Collection of Funds from the members for maintain of association and its related
