 Fleet system (transportations) and finishing invoices every month to be paid to
supplier.
 Oversee the ongoing work of the administrative team and the follow-up to
ensure the implementation of actions in the framework of the specific policies of
the company, and the organization of work to ensure sufficient flexibility to meet
the needs of the factory.
 Follow matters pertaining to the administrative team (attendance - absence -
holidays ...).

 Performance of the administrative assessment team to determine the skills to be
developed.
 Receive cash from the custody of Financial Management (3000 C) for
disbursement in supplying auto fuel Foreign errands and paying bills terrestrial
telephone lines.
 Carry out all the special housing administrative staff, where the search for
housing units for rent business (according to the conditions and specific policies
of the company), inspection and negotiate with the owners of the units, and send
detailed models of the units for human resources management approval of the
contract, coordination and follow-up with the legal affairs of the check compact,
and receiving units own and prove its contents.
 Ending soothing eligible units of the company and the liberalization of the
minutes of receiving the contents procedures, prepare an inventory of the
minutes for the employee to leave the unit

employees in general, and to assess its performance and approving the monthly
bills.
 Carry out the renewal of the company's vehicles licensing procedures, and
coordination with the relevant departments to carry out the required
maintenance of company vehicles when needed.
 General supervision and follow-up of the work of the clinic and the purchase of
medicines required every 3 months demand.
 To do to end the extraction procedures annual permits to enter the seaport.
 Coordination with the Waqf Directorate to summon preacher of Friday prayers
and an end to exchange procedures dues from the company.
 Organize and coordinate external events (sporting days and courses -
Recreational trips)
 Stationery as supplies all departments with all requirements of stationery
 Catering as providing meals to 1000 person per day and finishing invoices to be
