1. First I appreciate for being almostover all responsibilitiesof Company.
2. Administrate, compile, monitor, and manage, all kind of Office works.
3. Assist and Direct contact with General Manager in any event.
4. Solve problems found in network (Computer Network + Telephone Network).
5. I serve as a primary contact for all networks and cabling.
6. I serve as a primary contact for telephone system and other communication devices.
7. I maintain the documentation of all network equipments and all network design.
8. I monitor TCP/IP, Active Directory, DHCP, VPN, Auditing, Outlook, Sharing and N/W
access.
9. I maintain the documentation of the telephone system configuration and line patching.
10. I respond to all users and guest request and provide them with adequate network support.
11. Attending Incoming & Outgoing calls with proper etiquettes and maintaining records (as required).
12. To sort out incoming mails at enquiry inbox and distribute to the concerned Department /
executive and responding to them as required or directed.
13. Maintenance of Attendance register and keeping a track on outdoor duties of all
employees.
14. Compile and update over all details of all the employees.
15. Preparing Warning Letters to all employees as when required.
16. Assist in Travel requirements (employees’ annual/emergency leaves schedule and its
approval, ticket, etc).
17. Receiving and sending faxes whenever required and confirm the receipt and delivery of the same.
18. To perform other administrative work like supervision on housekeeping and other
administration purchases e.g. electronic items, stationary items, furniture, eatables, etc.
19. Updating inventory received and other related work.
20. Maintaining the files, records and documents as required.
21. Assist in fixing appointments for executives.
22. Occasional flexibility to work in other roles as required (if others staff on vacation/leave).
23. I Work as a PRO (Visa Process: new apply, renew, cancelation, and other immigration and
labor office process - I do), when PRO goes on Vacation.
24. Dealing and meeting with Customers/Suppliers/Guests.
25. Manage Finance of company, as an Accountant (I do daily financial transactions;
give/receive cheque to/from Customers/suppliers; deposit/withdraw cash/cheque
to/from Bank; Salaries to Laborers, Opening Bank new Accountsfor Laborers,
and also having Sales/Purchase responsibility).
26. Using Software Office Manager, (and used PACT software and QuickBooks for
