2. Introduction
I chose to do my survey on the topic Computer
and Video Games in Education because I was
curious to see what others’ thoughts were on
whether or not it would be beneficial for
teachers to use these types of technology in
classrooms. I came up with all of the questions
on my own, but I did do some research to find
some different multiple choice answers.
3. Methods
Total number of participants who took my survey: 16

2. Do you think students who play educational video games are apt to score higher on basic skills
tests?
3. Do you think video games could lead to bad habits and cause social isolation among students?
4. True or False: Gamers of all ages perform better than non-gamers on tests of attention, speed,
accuracy, and multi-tasking.

10. What are the disadvantages of gaming as a classroom tool?
5. Results
The results from my survey showed that
computer and video games have a positive
effect on students. I learned that there are many
good advantages to using computer and video
games, and I will most likely be using them as
learning tools in my classroom someday!
