Prepared financial reports for the Chief<br />Executive Officer that included Agency Usage Reports, FTE Reports, Census Reports and Budget Reports. Processed<br />merit increases, nursing equities and all other compensation requests for the department. Supervised administrative<br />secretary in the office. <br />Selected Accomplishments:<br />Appointed the special project of “Bring Your Child to Work Program” by taking on the task of organizing activities and implementing new strategies to overcome small problems that the program had in the past. My participation expanded past being an assistant to successfully orchestrating a full eight hour learning experience of activities for children ages 7 through 16 for over 100 children. This including managing the budget for the project and tracking expenditures. <br />Effectively fundraised over $10,000 for the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.
