SociallyMobile is a relationship marketing company that enables its members to
save money, earn income, and fulfill their purpose by simply doing what they do
everyday, TALK. Additionally, SociallyMobile is an AT&T Solutions Provider
Affiliate. As such, SociallyMobile is contractually authorized to sell AT&T services
to businesses in the US and the US territories of Puerto Rico & US Virgin Islands.
Each of our Independent Socially Marketers, or ISMs, are Independent Business
Owners. As business owners, each qualifies to sell all approved AT&T services
under the brand SociallyMobile.
1) To create a company where all entrepreneurs can prosper
equally in our enduring culture of value and mutual

SociallyMobile’s Executive Team
Robert A. McFadden - Founder & CEO
Mr. McFadden has many strengths in business, but where his expertise is strongest is in the
marketing side of SociallyMobile. With the chosen marketing platforms SociallyMobile employs,
and his nearly 22 years in Relationship Marketing, Robert is uniquely qualified to lead the charge
as SociallyMobile grows and develops a large network of business customers. In the past, Robert

gross sales of over $200M in revenue its first 24 months. Robert ran that company as its
President for over a year before leaving to start another Relationship Marketing company. His
second swing for the fences resulted in one of the most successful launches of any company in
MLM history acquiring over 100,000 mobile customers in less than 12 months. Robert holds a
Bachelors Degree in Sales & Marketing from Utah State University and a Masters Degree from
Johns Hopkins University.
H.E. ‘Hal’ Jones - Co-Founder & President
Mr. Jones is all about mobile. Hal has over 35 years in the telecom industry. He comes to the team
with a wealth of knowledge about all forms of wireless communications. With Hal’s relationships
and connections he has helped position the company with a stable foundation and an amazing
suite of products with which to build a great business. With 6 active years in the military, Hal brings
consistency and focus to the team. Where Hal excels is in his technical expertise in setting up
telecom networks to facilitate the best possible user experience for the end customer. Together,
with his wife Leslie, Hal’s primary objective is to make the product suite for our
field of independent representatives both innovative and user friendly.
Michael J. Stabile - Co-Founder & COO
Michael brings vast experience in private business management, operations, and product

Industry Overview
There are 4 main mobile carriers in the US, these are known as MNOs or
Mobile Network Operators:
TM
Total Subscribers in Millions
TM
Industry Overview
Working with one or more carriers are what are called MVNOs or
Mobile Virtual Network Operators. These companies sign agreements
directly with the carriers and essentially buy airtime and data in bulk at x price and sell it in the marketplace
to the end consumer at y. They keep the difference. Some more famous examples of these are:
TM
Industry Overview
Many MVNOs go direct to the carriers and sign contracts. These often times take an enormous amount of
capital to get started and are given a lesser quality of service and, more often than not, limited services. For
example, the carrier may have great LTE service and make that available to its direct customers while only
allowing 3G and 4G data speeds to the customers of the MVNOs who use their network. This way they
maintain a competitive advantage in the market. The carriers still allow this to happen because a customer
of an MVNO that uses their infrastructure, is a customer that is NOT on a competing network. Advantage
Carrier.
To avoid the high costs of operating an MVNO, some new providers will sign with what is called a Mobile
Virtual Network Enabler (MVNE). MVNEs are B2B models and do not have a relationship with the end
consumer. Rather MVNEs provide cost saving infrastructure for MVNOs as well as Carrier relationships at a
much more cost effective entry price point. An MVNO that uses an MVNE does not traditionally have a direct
contract with the carrier, but rather can access one or more carriers through the MVNE.
TM
Industry Overview
The next category of resellers is that of Solution Providers and Solution Provider Affiliates. As in the case of
SociallyMobile, we are an AT&T Solutions Provider Affiliate. This means we have minimal cash outlay to
start, we are authorized to sell carrier branded products. In our case, SociallyMobile sells actual AT&T
services instead of selling our brand of service on their network.
We operate much like an MVNO in the respects that we buy at one price and sell at another and keep the
difference. Because SociallyMobile has chosen to implement a Relationship Marketing model to distribute
those services, we fully plan to reward openly all those who are willing to make us the primary topic of their
many conversations throughout the day. We are a team and we must work together with respect and
transparency as we build our companies together.
"the Conversation” starts with

SociallyMobile will eventually broaden the
conversation to
include many other products and services as time
goes on, however,

Business to Business Only
As a part of our contract with AT&T, SociallyMobile is only a
business to business model. This means all of our Customers must
be associated with a valid Tax ID number. these numbers are
issued to entities doing business in the US such as Limited Liability
Companies (LLC’s) and Corporations. As Independent Socially
Marketers, we encourage each of you to set up an official entity that
makes sense for you and how you want to run your business. Your
Customers that sign up with you may be associated with your
business by you providing them with your Tax ID Number at
enrollment. The important thing is that everyone is associated with a
valid Tax ID in our system.
DISCLAIMER: SociallyMobile encourages you to consult your own tax
professional to ensure you are structured properly as you build a business with us.
No Direct AT&T Support
As a part of our contract with AT&T, SociallyMobile customers are serviced
through our own call center based in Dallas, TX. Since AT&T has many different channels of business including
Retail Store locations, Independent Dealers, Wholesalers, Mobile Virtual Network Operators (MVNO’s),
Corporate Accounts, etc…
Each channel has a different
way of servicing its customers. That being
said, our customers will not be serviced at
AT&T retail locations. They will not be able to
find you in their database of customers.
Make sure you train your customers to call
SociallyMobile for any issues arising with
their service or handset. We want a great
user experience for all.

DISCLAIMER: The SociallyMobile Compensation Plan was thoughtfully designed to empower
both the newest individual to the profession of Relationship Marketing as well as the seasoned
professional Marketer. The Commission Xcelerator has been designed to help the new person
achieve reasonable income benchmarks of $300 & $800 per month as quickly as possible. We fully
expect that many will achieve this goal through hard work and diligent effort. However,
SociallyMobile reserves the right to limit this income stream from any ISM who did not achieve it
through normal activities. This was not intended to reward store owners or any other participant
who can strategically place the minimum amount of required business customers in their business
and then do nothing else. This action would make the Compensation Plan unsustainable and thus
is considered “Gaming”. Please refer to the published Policies & Procedures and read the section
on
anti-gaming.

Infinity Income Explained
This way, the larger your business gets the less (in theory) you make on average per customer per month while
at the same time capping the financial risk to the company. As the plan matures we fully anticipate ISMs will
make
$.25 on some Customers, $.50, $.75, $1.00, and $1.50 on others, and as much as $3.00 per month on others
still. The modeling suggests this will be the earning curve on a per customer basis across a large and mature
organization as the plan matures and one’s Rank increases:

Some more famous examples of these are:
  • 17. TM Industry Overview Many MVNOs go direct to the carriers and sign contracts. These often times take an enormous amount of capital to get started and are given a lesser quality of service and, more often than not, limited services. For example, the carrier may have great LTE service and make that available to its direct customers while only allowing 3G and 4G data speeds to the customers of the MVNOs who use their network. This way they maintain a competitive advantage in the market. The carriers still allow this to happen because a customer of an MVNO that uses their infrastructure, is a customer that is NOT on a competing network. Advantage Carrier. To avoid the high costs of operating an MVNO, some new providers will sign with what is called a Mobile Virtual Network Enabler (MVNE). MVNEs are B2B models and do not have a relationship with the end consumer. Rather MVNEs provide cost saving infrastructure for MVNOs as well as Carrier relationships at a much more cost effective entry price point. An MVNO that uses an MVNE does not traditionally have a direct contract with the carrier, but rather can access one or more carriers through the MVNE.
  • 18. TM Industry Overview The next category of resellers is that of Solution Providers and Solution Provider Affiliates. As in the case of SociallyMobile, we are an AT&T Solutions Provider Affiliate. This means we have minimal cash outlay to start, we are authorized to sell carrier branded products. In our case, SociallyMobile sells actual AT&T services instead of selling our brand of service on their network. We operate much like an MVNO in the respects that we buy at one price and sell at another and keep the difference. Because SociallyMobile has chosen to implement a Relationship Marketing model to distribute those services, we fully plan to reward openly all those who are willing to make us the primary topic of their many conversations throughout the day. We are a team and we must work together with respect and transparency as we build our companies together.

  • 51. conversation the join Commission Xcelerator DISCLAIMER: The SociallyMobile Compensation Plan was thoughtfully designed to empower both the newest individual to the profession of Relationship Marketing as well as the seasoned professional Marketer. The Commission Xcelerator has been designed to help the new person achieve reasonable income benchmarks of $300 & $800 per month as quickly as possible. We fully expect that many will achieve this goal through hard work and diligent effort. However, SociallyMobile reserves the right to limit this income stream from any ISM who did not achieve it through normal activities. This was not intended to reward store owners or any other participant who can strategically place the minimum amount of required business customers in their business and then do nothing else. This action would make the Compensation Plan unsustainable and thus is considered “Gaming”. Please refer to the published Policies & Procedures and read the section on anti-gaming.

Infinity Income Explained This way, the larger your business gets the less (in theory) you make on average per customer per month while at the same time capping the financial risk to the company. As the plan matures we fully anticipate ISMs will make $.25 on some Customers, $.50, $.75, $1.00, and $1.50 on others, and as much as $3.00 per month on others still. The modeling suggests this will be the earning curve on a per customer basis across a large and mature organization as the plan matures and one’s Rank increases: $.25 on some Customers, $.50, $.75, $1.00, and $1.50 on others, and as much as $3.00 per month on others still.
