Timeline (2 year roll out)
Leverage to growth – Global Joint venture partners (JVP)
Joint Ventures will be formed with credible parties who have strong marketing and advertising capabilities. These parties will
be our founders in their respective region. We consider this pillar as a key part of our global growth strategy and our primary
focus over the coming years. We’ll establish around 25 JVP; each JVP will own and operate the day to day running of the local
business with the ongoing guidance of Alphatise. The main responsibility for marketing and sales lies with our JV partners,
whilst the Alphatise focus is technology, global marketing and applying standardised and optimised processes. The objective is
to then scale these companies to a leading position in their respective markets.
Currently we have founders in India and the Philippines that we have formed Joint Venture agreements with. We will
be launching Australia and New Zealand with supplier partners and are in discussion with potential JV partners.
