Gather Requirements for Oracle R12 Product and Business Process training requests.
Perform as Western Hemisphere Oracle team Subject Matter Expert.
Job shadow current Business Analyst's functions in an effort to learn the role and
coordination of projects.
Develop and maintain a relationship with Integration and Transformation.
Understand changes/new processes in Oracle.
Support Product Managers with new product launches.
Act as liaison between Client Management and Product Managers.
