Attended an “on-site” weeklong business process review for the Sales and Distribution group
Spent time observing users working on SAP as well as getting familiar with current work flow processes.
Was able to provide some recommendations on SAP tools (transactions) that would benefit the customer
service team for accessing information quickly.
Provided the leadership team with suggestions on how to improve the use and integration of SAP into daily
processes.
Suggestions were well received and feedback from the IT group on site visit and results were positive.

Lead a PPI Event as Team Lead and Spokesperson which focused on identifying gaps in current back order
reporting within SAP.
Week Long Kaizen resulted in some significant changes to SAP back order reporting transactions that helped
to identify true back orders and consequently allow the process owners to identify what was needed to
reduce back orders and provide better customer communication.
As a result of this project, my newly appointed manager identified my skill set as an analyst and SAP user
which has led to work directly with the Service Depot based in Oakwood Village on a regular basis to help
establish processes and SAP job aids to support the site.
