HP Workshop Team Leader
 Allocate the workload to assigned team for on bench and on site repair.
 Ensure adequate maintenance of tools, equipment, and other materials in the department.
 Ensure all activities are carried out with compliance to standard operating procedure
 Maintain Certification status of the team
 Assess impact of delays, interruptions or changes in plans and implement appropriate courses of
action to minimize issues.
 Provide advice and technical assistance to team members.
 Review the monthly performance in collaboration with other team leaders to determine where
improvements can be made.
 Analyze current procedures and activities to identify and present opportunities for improvement.
 Maintain good relationships with customers by meeting and exceeding their expectations.
 Undertake additional related responsibilities as required.
 Ensure that all the technicians are with up to date trainings.
Warehouse Team Leader
 Follows and implements company policies and regulations 
 Meets warehouse operational standards by contributing warehouse information to strategic
plans and reviews; implementing workshop, productivity, quality, and customer-service
standards; resolving problems; identifying warehouse system improvements. 
 Acts as alternative in the absence of Manager, formulation of newly/improved system for location,
assist in the implementation of new procedures 
 Responsible for the safekeeping of company property and make sure that hygiene is maintained
throughout the warehouse. 
 Responsible for completion and prompt submission of all related paperwork and the provision of
other information as requested. 
 Continuously monitor the performance and activities of the warehouse through the use of KPIs. 
 Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data in SAP System. 
Other Task Assigned:
 Submit report to the Service Center Manager regarding monthly income 
 Formulation of standard process (Reception, Workshop, and Warehouse) 
 Document Controller related to manual, forms, SOP, and WI of the company 
 Responsible in processing service PO of the service center 
 Responsible in the continuous improvement in the Service center 
• Handling sales of spare parts & negotiating on price, costs, delivery & specifications with buyers
• Customer handling by dealing with all enquiries in a professional and courteous manner, in person, on
the telephone/e-mail
• Creating system invoice using SAP System.
